Agreement to Terms
By accessing bmantion.org, submitting a membership application, or using any BMansion service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BMansion Ltd. ("BMansion," "we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform or services.
Eligibility
To use BMansion and apply for membership, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a human individual (not a corporation, bot, or automated system applying on behalf of an entity)
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the application process
- Not have been previously suspended or removed from BMansion for a violation of these Terms
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
Membership is subject to approval at our sole discretion. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
Membership
Application & Approval: All membership applications are reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application without providing a reason. Approved members receive confirmation via email along with onboarding instructions.
Membership tiers: BMansion offers three tiers — Bronze, Gold, and Platinum — each with distinct benefits, access levels, and pricing as described on our website. Benefits are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active members.
Account responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@bmantion.org if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Non-transferability: Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or transfer your membership, account access, or benefits to any other person.
Billing & Payments
Subscription billing: Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis, charged on the same date each month from the date of your initial payment. All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as made available on our platform. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. We do not store your full card details.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge up to three times over 7 days. If payment is not received after that period, your membership may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.
Refund policy:
- Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced
- If you cancel before the next billing date, you retain access until the end of your current paid period
- Refund exceptions may be granted at our discretion for documented extenuating circumstances
- Event ticket fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by BMansion
Price changes: We reserve the right to change membership pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing members. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
Member Conduct
BMansion is a high-standard community. All members are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and respect. By joining, you agree that you will not:
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other members or BMansion staff
- Share, distribute, or reproduce any member's personal information without their explicit consent
- Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or irrelevant commercial content in community spaces
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization
- Share, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary BMansion content outside the platform
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Engage in any activity that damages the reputation or interests of BMansion or its members
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or other members' accounts
Violations of these conduct standards may result in immediate membership termination without refund.
Content & Intellectual Property
BMansion content: All content on bmantion.org — including courses, articles, videos, graphics, logos, and community resources — is the exclusive intellectual property of BMansion or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Your content: When you post content in our community forums or member spaces, you grant BMansion a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform. You retain ownership of your original content.
Feedback: Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to us may be used by BMansion without obligation or compensation to you.
Confidentiality
BMansion operates on the principle of mutual trust. Members often share sensitive business information, personal goals, and financial details within community spaces. By joining, you agree to:
- Treat all personal and business information shared by fellow members as strictly confidential
- Not share, reproduce, or reference members' private disclosures outside the platform
- Keep the content of private mastermind groups and Platinum-tier spaces confidential
- Not record video or audio of virtual or in-person events without express written permission from BMansion
Breach of confidentiality is grounds for immediate termination and may expose you to legal liability.
Termination
Cancellation by you: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing hello@bmantion.org. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
Termination by BMansion: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your membership at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms & Conditions or our community conduct standards
- Providing false or misleading information during your application
- Non-payment of membership fees
- Any conduct that we determine is harmful to BMansion, its members, or its reputation
In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued. Upon termination, your access to all member content, forums, and benefits will be revoked.
Limitation of Liability
BMansion provides educational content, community access, and networking opportunities. We do not provide financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. All content is for informational purposes only.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- BMansion is not liable for any financial decisions made based on community discussions or content
- We make no warranties that membership will result in specific financial, personal, or professional outcomes
- Our total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total membership fees paid in the preceding 3 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
- We are not responsible for the actions, advice, or content shared by other members
Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of BMansion services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a resolution cannot be reached informally, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding in connection with BMansion.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify active members via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect
- Post a notice on the BMansion platform
Your continued use of BMansion after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your membership before the effective date.
